"I have had migraines since I was 12 years old, with them reaching their peak around 25. I have worked with many doctors, including a headache specialist. I finally got my headaches under control about 28, but I was taking a significant amount of medication. At 30, my husband and I decided we would like to have a baby. Because the majority of the medication I took was toxic to pregnancy, I needed an alternative to maintain control of my headaches. I found Jan at a health fair and decided to try out acupuncture to replace the many medications. After a few months of treatment, I was pregnant and medication free.
